01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the sz888 platform — including the website at sz888.pro, any associated mobile-optimized interfaces, and all games, betting markets, and services offered therein — you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety, together with the sz888 Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

3.4 Account Closure

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

5.5 Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within their stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the player's account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

06 Gaming Rules

6.1 RNG Certification

10.3 Aggregate Liability Cap

10.4 Exclusions

11 Termination

sz888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's financial institution
• Regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority
• The player's self-exclusion request under sz888's Responsible Gaming programme

Upon termination for cause, sz888 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause (e.g., account closure at the player's own request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of KYC procedures.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a player and sz888, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through sz888's customer support channels. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

13 Amendments to These Terms

sz888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sz888 will provide advance notice to registered players by email and by displaying a prominent notice on the sz888 platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the sz888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using sz888 and request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.
